D-014: Simple Living

Theme: Simple Ranch

Set and Tearum walked to their home from a long day of training. They'd finally gotten enough established to really call it home and live comfortably. Set wanted to provide well for her dragon. She had found a large circular cave that already had a ledge in it. There was a comfy bed made up of sand, straw, and soft things that he'd specifically instructed her to gather for him. She had done so happily, even though she hated sand in her home. Her bed was under the ledge. To the left were boxes for of storage, full of supplies and for organizing materials and food. They would serve the pair well in the future. A table was set up near the entrance with one chair since Tearum was much too big to need a chair. They could eat there together and enjoy the scenery. On the other side of the den was a small kitchen area since Set would need to make food for the two of them. Outside, the scene was almost like something out of the sound of music. Set had built a pen around a field near the cave. This way they could keep animals close by. She had a couple sheep in there as they were a personal favorite animal of hers. She had little intention of eating them, but they were great for keeping their pillows and bed areas fluffed, as well as making clothes. A little ways away there was a stocked pond. No matter that the Sea was right down the slope from their home, Tearum was lazy and Set didn't really have the time to go down and back on her own. It was much easier for the large dragon to navigate the rocky cliffside down to the Sea, than her. A close stocked pond it was. To complete the scenery, a small forge for working on Tearum's armor, and her own projects.
