A humble abode in the city for Xansk’ Thulz and their dragons. The green door and orange pavilion shade help it stand out among the other gray buildings. Xan runs their potions business in the bottom, lives above with their dragons, and has a greenhouse on top for growing common herbs and ingredients. Xan runs a wonderful scam with the help of their dragons, Sivadul and Wendigo. Often times at night, the three of them will make haunting music together. It's excellent bonding time for them, and has convinced their neighbors and all who can hear it around them that their building is haunted. Should you ask any one of them, they will all claim to have seen ghosts in their home to corroborate the story their neighbors tell of haunted music. As such, no one else wants the place and they pay dirt cheap rent. To top off the idea of it being haunted, Xan and their dragons really do look like a gaggle of haunted creatures. They give off a very eerie vibe and wouldn't have it any other way. The business they run is completely legit, despite the creepy aura surrounding the place. No ingredients Xan grows or uses are illegal, though some do come from very far off places, and might be illegal if they were well known. Below, in the actual shop, there are shelves built into the walls, housing potions, salves, and charms that customers can purchase. These are all generic things like luck charms, love potions, strength, healing of various kinds, calming, and de-stressing elements. Xan does take orders for unique things as well though. The shop itself is very open with the wares only on the sides and counter in the middle. This is mainly because of the size of Xan's dragons. They would knock everything over if there was anything in the middle.
The room above is something of a tight fit as well, but they are comfy and cozy. There's a large rug that Siva and Wendigo curl up on to sleep, and a small cot for Xan. A small kitchen space sits in the corner, the perfect size for Xan to make food. The bathroom is actually in the shop, so to use it, Xan has to go down the stairs. The dragons tend to fly or walk elsewhere to defecate. Sometimes they will provide manure for the herb garden as some herbs have been found to do exceedingly well with dragon feces fertilizer. The greenhouse itself is packed as tight as can be and still allow Wendigo to fit through. Siva can't fit in the greenhouse. She can lounge around the perimeter though.
