Nieves is a temperamental dragon, as well as being flighty and detached from responsibility. She had remained independent for much of her life. Recently she met Enki, and has allowed him to become her rider. Since accepting him, she has become much more mellow, but she is still somewhat flippant, especially when it comes to rules within large communities.
