This cute dragon is responsible for creating and maintaining a hot spring resort on Tsotska d'la Mer. He uses his magic to heat up the springs and create complex features like waterfalls, mist, and steam. It helps him just a little that there is a real volcano and lots of water nearby that just needed a little coercing.
Fuyu is one of Spero-mar's many dragons. It's rumored that the hot springs were founded and maintained by Fuyu just to help with his Rider's arthritis. Dragon spirits from around the island can also be calmed by receiving a private invitation to the pools.
