Kovaithe's mercenery tendencies started to show very soon after hatching, where she immedietely latched onto Meiron when he took on the odd job from the Erre Coalition, as shes grown, this has merely solidified, with her coaxing her rider into helping out more and more, thus earning more 'coins' and the prestige within the ranks she feels they're entitled to.  OF course, shes also way to curious and is so nosy about that the coalition is doing that now that she's fully grownshed drag Meiron to a job. She has a slight competitive nature with her rider in that she still tries to show off and be the center of attention (which Meiron  doesn't mind, he rather not be in the center of attention.) While mostly level-headed in most sititions, she's also stubborn and can be reckless when aggravated, and is right at home in the middle of combat. As per most of Meiron's dragons she's large enough to be ridden, though the shift is more likely to  be in gryphon form. 

Interestingly, she appears to keep in touch with some of her offspring, and they've been known to trade information... though it should be noted she isn't the most.. maternal of dragons....
