Personality:
Ozwald is a talker - and thats all he seems to ever do. He is also a big fan of minstrels, plays and fantasy books, which Tabby entertains, but Rowena and Muppet? Well Oz thinks the love it too! He regales them with all kinds of tales that he's heard, shows them books he's been given to read (most with a lot of pictures), and make up soundtracks for their adventures.
His silver tongue goes past just being annoying though. Its actually pretty useful when trying to haggle with vendors, or get information out of people.
Tabby found him on the streets at some point - she can't remember where, but she fell in love with the little plucky chick, and tended to spoil the baby of the group for a while, giving him whatever his little heart desired, much to Muppet and Rowena's chargin.
He's also pretty good at giving advice, but he takes a while to get there between the rambling and side tracking. He has a big heart, and loves his siblings a lot, and while he might seem all hot air and no bite, he'd lay down his life for them... and realistically, his life is all he really has to offer.
