Belthir's independent nature surfaced as soon as he hatched, accepting help only until he could do it himself. He's a quick learner, and a bit hard on hismelf, but thrives in the unknown.. He's massively confident in himself and stubborn  at times; but can be persuaded to help if he's paid (payment types vary). Interstingly, he keeps in contact with both his dam (Kovaithe), full sibling (Rathiel) and half sibling (Atzi)... and occasionally can be spotted near the Cenote, though he's always careful not to antagnise anyone.
