Personality: Caetus is an extremely friendly Dragon. His first instinct, upon finding that someone is in his waters, is to swim up and say hello! Caetus greeting a ship as it goes in or out of harbor is considered by many a good luck charm, and he's happy to oblige the ritual in exchange for food or attention or simply being greeted back when he draws alongside a ship. He seems to sense foul intentions on an instinctual level and steers clear of those he senses will cause him or his loved ones harm, shying away rather than confronting. His biggest vice is his need for affirmation and love. To be denied that by someone he seeks it from makes him so very upset, and he will do anything to please that person and right whatever wrong he has somehow committed. This leaves him very vulnerable to being manipulated by others or being convinced to do bad things to many people in exchange for one being's approval.
