ED-684: Dolion

Dolion is extremely deceitful. He enjoys lurking in the shadows and gathering information just to go and spread chaos. Because of his small size he usually gets away with his cruel 'jokes' as he calls them, one should alwyas try and watch what they say around this pint sized menace.
