You know how sometimes thunder dragons take on the 'good' traits of their Riders? Not Manta. He's just a bundle of annoying wires and clay. It doesn't help that Liam expects him to act this way and treats him with utmost care no matter his attitude. He is the only of Liam's dragons large enough to carry him and he won't tolerate a dragon that grows big enough to share this role. As such, all of Liam's other dragons stay small, cute, and troublesome in their own way.
