ED-822: Keelhauled

Personality: Never truly content unless exploring the sea, Keel is a grumpy beast commonly wearing a scowl or a smirk on their face. While they have a small ‘crew’ of trusted dragons and a rider they’d take out to sea with them, they are notorious for holding grudges, and their trusted circle is dismally small as a result.

Someone outside their crew may only refer to them as “Captain”. They will not respond otherwise.
