Jalak is the youngest (though not the smallest) of the pairs dragons; like Jupiter he is a thunder/earth hybrid which means he is a lot stronger than his appearance would suggest; unfortunetly his forelimbs haven't develpoed correctly which means they are completely useless. Rather than get Akky to craft an operational pair, he prefers to hide them completely, so anyone looking would assume the large 'jacked' is just artifical scales. Since he doesn't use his forelimbs, Jalak doesn't massively help out on the practical side of stuff in the lab;  but he never forgets anything... which means he serves as a great sounding board for ideas. Jalak is not quite large enough to ride, been on the smallest end of the medium spectrum;  rather he and Akky & It have built a  'cart' that he can easly move not just with earth strength but with his thunder heritage, allowing them to bring back larger research material.
