Information:
If Naya is the 'queen' of Akky and It's dragons, the Prism is the prince.. or thats he sees himself and how Akky treats him. He's spoilt and slightly stuck up, though not mean on purpose... unless he doesn't like you; which to be fair is most people, especially given how small and 'cute' he is;  though he sometimes ends upon on the teasing edge of It's personality, and the demon can give as good as he gets. He and Jupiter have a bit of a strained relationship, as Prism feels that Jupiter does not award him the respect he deserves... and that Jupiter will literally thorw him into a mud bath... much to the litte dragons disgust (his fur must be pristine). He does help Akky more than most would assume so, its just not always clear.
