ED-99: Rose

A self-made dragon, Rose is independent as independent does. She prefers to strike out on her own and do her own thing- usually, those things are hiding in dark corners of the city and living off of the fresh produce from stalls and stores.

Just don't tell anyone if you see her in the St. James estate. Richard is one of the few people she tolerates, though she only tends to stick around for one week out of a month at a time.

Who knows what else she's doing when she's not around.
