ED-999: Larva

Despite his intimidating appearance, Larva is kind and only bares his fangs towards those with ill intensions. He spends his time lumbering beside Myrtia as an anchor for her. Since he can't see ghosts, he helps her identify what is real and what is not. As a hatchling, he slipped out of his own egg's reflection into the mirror world. He sought out his Rider in this form and stuck with her until he hatched properly. He was initially thought to be a ghost that Myrtia made up ('larva' in Erré) to pretend she could finally hear ghosts. While misguided, the name Larva stuck when he regained his physical form. Her parents were surprised to finally meet her imaginary ghost friend, to say the least.
