Peacekeeper is typically employed as some kind of bounty hunter or assassin, and commissions many unique parts and pieces that make up their weapons. Picked up a cowboy aesthetic somewhere along the way, along with a bunch of assorted creatures that Are Not Horses.
Regardless of how well they talk themselves up - and they can on many topics - nothing really changes that they are not a nice person and cannot pretend to be. At best they play this up for comedy or act as a vigilante.
