Growing up in a warrior's society, Kaiho loves to get into a good fight, not recklessly, but he'll take up any challenge or duel presented to him. Holding strong and never backing down, he's a force to be reckoned with when put between an enemy and his companions. One would probably be hard pressed to find a thicker-headed guy as well, though he's very upfront when he doesn't understand something. Though he may be plenty willing to take people on, he does base people on their looks and stance as well, unwilling to fight someone frail or much weaker than him. At times he does underestimate his opponents, but he's still young and learning.
