Profile R-184: Diz'gannech Vossen

Mostly crazy with that naice foolishness to him, Dizzy is a almost pure seeming guy but that is merely more of hix crazy talking. Old enough and from hell, Dizzy is quite a force to be reckened with and even with is innocent seeming ways he has that devious edge to him that puts people on edge. He's usually just out to have fun though, and doesn't mean to do more then trick people and cause a little choas.
