Personality:
A young and compassionate male, Levi has only recently left his sires pod; as such he relies on his instincts to help navigate the waters he’s in; this combined with his emotional nature results in him been headstrong (if a bit naive) though he means well, and is quite a bit more patient than it initially seems. Quite fierce to those he perceives as a threat (or a potential rival); to those in his care though, he’s loving and affectionate, unusually so. Given his youth, and lack of life experience, he often makes mistakes, but will always hold himself accountable for the actions he has taken.

Design:
At 5'6" Levi as about average for a male of his age, theres a change he may grow a bit taller as he reaches the prime of life; like most males hes a very dark blue, wiht a light blue enderbelly and darker navy blanket; along his tail are bands of brighter blue which he's learned to use to help him if he does need to fights. On his right hand and foot he has s sock of ligher blue, which is more unusual for his race, more common is the fant black stripes on his nexk.. His throat is a light purple with flecks of white, the color common for his paternal line,  Hs black tentacles are hard tosee in the darker oceans, but can glow when agitates, usually shades of grey, their length is a sign of his age and will continue to grow as he reaches his prime. Like all Shai'riil his scales on his head/ears and shoulders change color depending on his emotional state.
