R-291: Buzzard

Buzzard usually has an angry expression that could put even Hawk to shame. He's not as aggressive as Hawk but he won't back down from a fight and hates failing. He really truly does his best but sometimes it just isn't enough and he'll often just yeet whatever he's working on at whatever is closes.
