Old/outdated? text on the Seraph page:
Under Charged:
"If a wingless dragon has four limbs affected by seraph, it may be flighted."
I think this is irrelevant now that all dragons are flighted. It also doesn't mention being able to add wings to forelimbs, tho it shows it in the quadruped body in the example, so it might be worth adding for clarification's sake :}
