In order to use someone else’s character for breeding, you must acquire Leasing Permissions. The character owner must comment on this page with the following form filled out:

Leasing to: @ username of person you are leasing to
Purpose for Leasing: (Example: 3 regular slots; 2 split slots | Limit of 5 Slots per comment)
Rules: (read below for allowed rules)
Leasing Rules:
- Leasing permissions cannot be retracted and they never expire.
- Leasing for reasons other than breeding (such as activities) is not allowed.
- Only the owner of the character may lease out that character.
- You may only limit slots in the following ways. Any other restrictions must have you as a participant in a split and will count as one of your splits for the month. Any restrictions must be directly stated prior to payment for slot, or it is assumed to be a full slot with access to any buffs past present or future. If something is not specifically banned, then it is considered usable by the slot owner.
- Limit it to a split or full use
- Limit reselling or trading
- Make the owner inform you when it's used
- Require or ban the attachment of courtship art
- Ban the use of magic provided by your character (a mate's magic may not be banned unless its owner also forbids it)
- Ban the use of a Breeder buff provided by your character (a mate's buff may not be banned unless its owner also forbids it)
- Ban the use of Familiars provided by your character (a mate's buff may not be banned unless its owner also forbids it)
- Ban the use of specific items
Unless you are a member of a split, you may not claim any of the eggs. Something like 'any mutations back to me' is not allowed. You may not forbid their sale or trade.
