Erré Coalition Leaders
art by Cookiewing Phinae-mar
She has been Phinae-mar long enough to forget her original name, but not so long to forget her humanity. It’s difficult to surprise or impress her, but she does enjoy watching life blossom in front of her and despises when someone sets out to harm. She will foil the ships of pirates, twist the paths of the Chronoscape near the sea when attacks are planned, and forcibly whisk away slavers to a quiet corner of the Chronoscape. She spends much of her time close to Tsotska d’la Mer, though the speed she travels with renders her nearly omnipresent.
art by Cookiewing Castanea-mar
In her youth, she spent way too much time racing gryphons. Her racing techniques were eventually incorporated into the official cavalry training regimen. Her quick reflexes and ability to act under pressure earned her a prominent spot among the T’terre, along with the honorable title of T’terre-mar. Even without a gryphon, she’s capable of zipping wherever she likes with a bit of wind magic. She isn’t as powerful as some of the stormbringers of the T’terre, but she still manages to summon a bit of sparks when angered.
art by Cookiewing Ariadna-mar
This dainty lady loves tea and reading murder mysteries. She was a child prodigy in all kinds of magic, giving her a superiority complex that she still totes around and attracting many more spirits than normal. While annoying to those that deal with her on a daily basis, her attitude helps immensely when negotiating with other powers. When she is not needed in politics, she teaches advanced charm magic at the university to those she deems worthy.
art by Cookiewing Rixor-mar
Rixor-mar is a highly intelligent man that deals with powers far and near in the Chronoscape. While the Abrendese tend to ignore Erré desires, messages from him never go unanswered. He simply holds too much power for them to ignore. He is capable of anticipating the movements of his enemies and preventing catastrophe before it happens. On the other hand, he struggles to be a peacemaker in his own domain, perpetuating the split between his own people.
Spero-mar
This Ocean/Fire Rider likes to hide his age by staying in his decidedly adorable gecko form. Despite his appearance, he’s a fearsome Dragon Master that has learned all kinds of dragon magic–including the sort elemental dragons can’t learn themselves. He works with wild dragons as much as he does people. Although he’s a powerful Rider, he’s not particularly skilled at politics. He may or may not have a relationship with the Phinae-mar…but would you suspect that adorable face of having an affair? Didn’t think so.

Known Dragons: Moses 117, Styx 171, Chrysanthemum 144, Tempura 687, Leviathan 545

Shéar Rebellion Leader
Camille Rey
An Abrendese noble by birth, she financed and eventually grew to lead the Shéar Rebellion. Although there are many people that lead their own divisions, they ultimately get paid by her, and thus answer to her. She is less about the ethics of the rebellion and more about wanting to be on the winning side. Although spoiled in her upbringing, she also learned all kinds of diplomacy techniques and uses it to her advantage. She only knows how to win and will stop at nothing in her quest for power.

Naki Alliance Leader
Sydney Irtak
Originally a Peregrine, he grew tired of wandering and settled in Shérok. His aptitude with technology and kind nature gave him a permanent home among the Naki. Sydney never forgets a name and goes out of his way to make others welcome, no matter where they are from. He was unofficially appointed the leader of the Alliance since he is the only one who can keep up with everything. Rumor has it that he cut off his left arm himself, preferring something a little more customizable.

Abrendese Militia Leader
Leonard Scout
Leonard is the product of an oddly successful experiment in magic enhancement. He is capable of raising any elemental dragon, including ones which previously lost their Riders–something once thought impossible. He is incredibly stern and serious about his work. His no-nonsense attitude and zero tolerance policies gave him a huge advantage in the militia at the cost of his social life. Though he enjoys drinking outside of working hours, he rarely finds someone to do it with.

Known Dragons: Phantom 149, Marionette 176, Excalibur 150, Kirin 116, Goliath 145, Dawn 631, Shakespeare 588
