Races are a way to gain SC, Silvence, crafted items, activity items, and unique Familiars. You pit dragons against each other and see who wins! Each Terrain gives an advantage to their corresponding element, though surprising events may still occur, and careful training can override any disadvantage you have. If your Rider is depicted alongside the dragon, their stats will be added in. You may increase your stats by taking part in Training.
| Race Rules |
- Both racing dragons must be in the image. Riders only give their bonus if they are in the image.
- Art should be full body with coloring, shading, and a background. Written entries should be 900 words minimum. Race entries must be made by the corresponding competitors.
- You may challenge another player or an Emissary. You cannot race two of your own dragons against each other. You cannot be in multiple races at the same time. You can only challenge an Emissary once per week.
- The terrain(s) chosen should take one element from each dragon.
- Only dragons that have completed their Rite of Passage may participate.
- If you fail to turn in a challenge entry twice in a month, you will receive a break of two months before you can participate in Racing again.
- There is a one week deadline for all races.
- You cannot combine Races with other activities.
- A Wounded character cannot participate in Challenges.

Terrains and opponents should be discussed between players beforehand. Once the opponent replies 'confirmed' to the comment, the race is official! You turn in your entries through Prompt Submissions. Use this form when turning in your race art:

Once your submission is approved, you only need to wait. Check back once the deadline is over to see if you won!
| Prizes |
Participation prizes are received upon processing the art. Prizes are determined by the challenge tier. If a player is unable to match the terrain or unable to meet the deadline, then that counts as a loss for that player, and the other participant receives the winning prize upon turning in their entry. If both participants do not turn in an entry, it is considered a scratch and no one receives prizes.
