Mirror Plume

Character's prompt requirement for rank-ups with the Quetzalcoatl Feathermages is lowered by 10. One-time use, and may only be used once per character.

Although it looks like an unassuming feather--and not even a flight feather, at that--this plume actually represents a year of research. It is the most valuable thing a Quetzalcoatl possesses. Be careful, though--if there is still blood in the plume when it's presented as a token of goodwill, they will assume it was stolen and retaliate accordingly.
