Character's prompt requirement for rank-ups with the Naki Alliance is lowered by 10. One-time use, and may only be used once per character.

When digital security isn't enough, physical methods will do. This key generates a constantly-changing password, so only someone with both their password memorized and the chip on hand will be able to access classified data or locations. It isn't fool-proof, but it's close.
