This item allows a recessive trait to be changed to active. If the trait was previously charged, it will remain charged. This cannot be applied to mutations or dragons with Event origins. It may be used on uploaded dragons, as long as they do not have their Grand Display completed.

Every now and then, an odd oil lamp washes ashore. It's carved from bone and adorned with scales and pearls. Burning oil while you sleep will grant you dreams of those long dead--but upon waking, the lamp will be shattered. Those who refuse to return it to the sea go missing along with the lamp. It is sure to wash ashore again, completely restored.
