Attach the Memento Item as an add-on. Make sure to click the check box beside the item before hitting submit.

F.A.Q.

• You may use more than one Memento per Rider; The list of Mementos is saved on a Rider's item profile and their dragons may use any of them.
• The Rider and their dragon(s) are not required to match backgrounds to each other.
• Memento backgrounds are optional, even if the item is applied.
• If a dragon is transferred to a Rider with no Memento applied, the Memento background can't be used in any updates to the design.
• For dragons with no Riders, they may apply be applied as usual, and the use of the item stays with them regardless of what Rider they are attached to. These dragons can't share their Memento with other dragons of the Rider.
• If you have an old version of a background item, you may open it as a box to create a Memento.
• If you previously applied an old background item to a character, link to the character on the 'Name of Memento Background' line. The Rider or Rider that owned the dragon at that time will have the item applied to them. You must be the person that applied the item.
