Mirror World

The Mirror World is a reflection of the known world–with one exception. Living entities are not reflected in this world. While wooden objects can appear, living trees do not. Any reflective surface will create a window into the known world, which sometimes causes shapes of things like water-soaked grass to materialize. Even though it's theorized to be a unique pocket of the Chronoscape itself, traveling through the mirror world is a burdensome task even for creatures with a Chronocompass. Metal dragons and Riders are the only ones who can travel freely through the realm–with practice, of course. When traveling through the Mirror World, all visible light is a shade of gray, with the exceptions of windows to the known world. This has earned it a second name from frequent travellers --the Gray Road.
